Saad serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Rustum Associates Dynamic Constructors, one of Pakistan’s established construction firms with ongoing infrastructure projects valued at more than one billion dollars. He has been part of the company’s leadership since 2022 and assumed the additional role of Chief Operating Officer in 2025. His work at RADC centers on strengthening financial discipline, improving transparency, and building efficient systems that support large scale operations. Under his direction, the company has modernized its internal processes, improved project management capability, and expanded both its financial portfolio and profitability. Along with his responsibilities at RADC, he previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of QureSupremacy Estate in Atlanta, where the firm completed more than fifteen million dollars in residential and commercial development. He also manages a consumer brand on Amazon under the name SUPRAQ.
Saad is deeply committed to advancing economic and business ties between Pakistan and the United States. As Vice President of the United States Pakistan Business Alliance, he aims to promote stronger commercial engagement, support Pakistani businesses seeking entry into the U.S. market, and highlight opportunities in Pakistan for American investors. He believes USPBA can play an important role in creating trusted channels between the two countries, encouraging entrepreneurship, and supporting businesses that contribute to job creation and long term economic stability. His goal is to help position USPBA as a practical and forward-looking platform that brings together professionals, investors, and industry leaders from both nations.
