Raymond Chang serves as the Managing Director of International Investments at the U.S.–Pakistan Business Alliance (USPBA), where he leads the Alliance’s investment strategy and capital-deployment initiatives across the United States, Pakistan, and key emerging markets. In this role, Chang advances USPBA’s mission to strengthen bilateral trade, expand foreign direct investment, and elevate private-sector collaboration between both nations.

With a multidisciplinary background spanning entrepreneurship, private equity, and strategic advisory, Chang brings a proven track record in building and scaling high-growth enterprises. He co-founded Agrify (NASDAQ: AGFY) and spearheaded the company’s $148 million IPO, while also leading $35 million in value-accretive acquisitions. He has raised, deployed, or managed more than $450 million in capital across public and private markets, working closely with institutional investors, family offices, and cross-border investment partners.
Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Chang served at McKinsey & Company and later at Nexus Point Capital, a private-equity firm with $1.5 billion AUM, where he supported growth investments across the Asia-Pacific region in consumer, technology, and industrial sectors.
A former NCAA Division I athlete, Chang earned his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Yale School of Management.
At USPBA, Chang plays a key leadership role in shaping the Alliance’s global investment agenda, strengthening U.S.–Pakistan commercial ties, and driving sustainable, long-term economic impact through strategic capital deployment.
