Past Experience
Mr. Kazmi (the Managing Partner) had been performing his
responsibilities as Deputy Attorney General for Pakistan
from June 2014 till February 2017. His previous experience
has provided him the chance to develop his expertise to
represent the State before the Superior Courts along with
dealing with the management issues of the Offices of the
Attorney General & Advocate General.
He has extensively practiced as an Advocate Supreme Court
before the august Supreme Court and High Courts of the
country from August 2009 till June 2014 and has pleaded
cases like:
- Riko Diq case.
- Qazi Hussain Ahmed Vs. Federation of Pakistan etc. (British Petroleum Case).
- Hamid Mir, Absaar Alam & Others Vs. Federation of Pakistan etc. (Media Commission & PEMRA Case) etc. before the august Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Human Resource & labour matters
We, as a law-firm, have been handling the matters of Human
Resource along with complicated matters of employment,
laying off, termination, Inquiry Proceedings and job
placements for Hotel Industry, Financial Institutions, Oil & Gas,
Telecom, Textile industry and also for various Embassies in
Pakistan.
We had been part of the Advisory Team on the Privatization
process of the Generation Companies owned and controlled by
the Government of Pakistan and advised on the matters of
Labor & Human Resource of these companies.
